Incorrect Order and Poor Communication

I ordered a Wedding Box for my wife to put different pictures inside from our wedding, and throughout the years. I placed an order for a specific engraving and did not receive the right order. After I attempted to email customer support to rectify the issue, I did not receive an email reply. The order was incorrect and their communication was poor.

Wrong inscription

Despite showing the correct inscription on the packing list, the inside cover inscription was totally wrong! Need a corrected one shipped as my anniversary is December 16th. I would have had it in time- but it's wrong!
