I had great experience with this company very helpful on getting what I wanted every to say for my uncle who served 34 years in the US Coast Guard by sending me samples pictures of how every thing would look I put it all together with the 2 cups I also got (box not included) I did it myself

I ordered the charcuterie board for a shower gift for my neice. It came out amazing and they absolutely love it! They specifically commented on the quality and loved the personalization. Bought this for my grandson’s graduation. Specifically because I wanted his free Initials as advertised on FB. I wanted it to be personalized for him.
Initials NZ for Nolan Zimmerman.
How can you make this right?. It was close to $100.00 and very expensive for me as a senior. The duffel bag is beautiful, however.

I ordered one of their engraved boxes, and it arrived quickly and looked beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a typo in the date engraved on the box. I contacted customer service, and they promptly corrected the error and overnighted a replacement.

I truly appreciated the quick response and excellent customer service, and I would definitely order from this company again in the future. I’m grateful there are still companies that value and provide outstanding customer service.

We are having a golf tournament and ordered gifts for our contest winners. We had them customize our gifts to add our logo and the owner (George) made a bag swap for us at no extra charge! The end product turned out amazing! George was very nice and I loved that he was the one answering the phones, no menus to jump through. I highly recommend them and will be using them again next year!

This blanket is absolutely beautiful ! My son got it for me for Mothers Day! It brought tears to my eyes when I opened it! It was a family photo we took on our vacation to Italy last year! I received my items and the product it self are really good but the embroidery is terrible and I am having to have them redone.

When I opened the package and unwrapped the engraved plastic it was all scratched. Order arrived in a timely manner.

I ordered a whiskey decanter as a retirement gift for my son who is retiring from the Coast Guard after 25 years,I received it today and I was more than just pleased it is everything I hoped for and more! Top quality decanter it's heavy, it's gorgeous, they got all of the custom etching done perfectly on the front and the back it's just absolutely perfect!! And I got it in time to take it with me on my flight when I go to South Carolina to attend his retirement ceremony , I absolutely highly recommend this company, they stayed in touch with me and my concerns over having received the gift in time for my flight , I would definitely use them again! I gave it a 4 because everything nice even the wooden box but here is why a 4 as soon as my son open the box the screws for the hinges on the bottom part came out of the box part
