I received birthday gifts for my cousins for their upcoming birthday party and everything detail was correct, except for the birth year of one of my cousins (it should have been 1985). I quadruple checked to make sure all of the details were correct prior to my order submission. This is exactly what I was worried about :( I was let down

I ordered this as a gift for my cousin on a Thursday. On Friday morning, I realized that I had the wrong middle initial. I contacted customer support via email. They promptly corrected my error, and I received the toolkit on Saturday afternoon. It's a great gift at a fantastic price. I can't say enough nice things about Groovy Guy Gifts.

I ordered this as a gift for my nephew's graduation. It turned out great! He loved it and will have it for years to come. I really loved the inscription on the inside. It was neat and fit perfectly. The shipping time was great as well. It arrived a couple days after I ordered it just in time for the graduation party.
This is not at all what I ordered. The photo is distorted, it is not the photo I sent (he is holding a cocktail on the tumbler you sent not a fishing rod as ordered) and it is too late to get another one as the party is tomorrow. Very disappointing.

How can you make this right?. It was close to $100.00 and very expensive for me as a senior. The duffel bag is beautiful, however.

We are having a golf tournament and ordered gifts for our contest winners. We had them customize our gifts to add our logo and the owner (George) made a bag swap for us at no extra charge! The end product turned out amazing! George was very nice and I loved that he was the one answering the phones, no menus to jump through. I received my items and the product it self are really good but the embroidery is terrible and I am having to have them redone.
