This company showed excellent customer service! I ordered the personalized full size bat for our two baseball seniors around 3:00am and by 6:00pm that same day I had received an email saying that the bats were sent out for shipping! I was amazed at the quick turn around! The bats arrived about a day and a half later and they were perfect! Beautiful engraving! Very impressive! I have already recommended this company to other baseball senior parents! Great job!

Bought 7 of these for my coworkers before our job is permanently shut down and the cases and knives are pretty and solid. Not wobbly and the blade lock is solid and nice looking.

Ordered one football (Jes) to see how the font would look like. Was content and ordered the rest of my groomsmen footballs the same exact way but they ended up with having the question. Now my best man and groomsmen footballs are not matching and do not like how the orders are different when picking out styles. I ordered another football for a special sponsor and now instead of it having the question, it is just the role. Very confused on how this happens when i specifically want it a certain way when ordered. Not what i expected from this, unhappy with how the things turned out.
Always a little nervous submitting an order to a small shop, but these guys came through! Answered all my questions via chat, produced a great digital copy of my personalized golf tumbler in about 3 minutes, and the order came so fast, I thought it couldn't be mine!
