Loved the leather but the personalization is not centered. Disappointed with the off engraving
I had a golf outing and was late ordering some prizes. I ordered 4 gifts on a Monday and they arrived on Thursday in time for my Friday outing. Everyone complemented the personalization on the items. Will order again. Just sooner next time.

First time ordering from Groovy Golfer and working with George was a great experience. I am with a nonprofit, and we are hosting a charity golf tournament and wanted unique and special items. The two different custom etched decanters turned out great , custom stamped golf balls and custom branded cooler. The order arrived on time and the items were very well packaged and secured with packing paper. Each decanter came in a nice box to be presented in and the tops of the decanters were secured separately within the box to ensure there was no damage from being shipped. They turned out exactly as presented on the website and in the draft provided by George. I am very happy with how everything turned out and happy to support a small business. Groovy Golfer is great, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and will definitely use them again in the future. George was very helpful and responded quickly. Thank you, George, for your help. Great overall experience.
Have included photos - the etching doesn't show very clearly in the photos since the decanters are empty, but they look great in person. Will look even better when they are filled with the winner's favorite beverage.

I am either needing a corrected order or a refund. This gift was for a 50th birthday party and the back of the decanter says 75 years. My instructions were clear that it was for 50 years not 75. I am very unhappy with this. This was for a birthday party for this weekend. Please let me know what I need to do to get this corrected, whether you can send a corrected order, and overnight it or if I just need to do a 100% refund. [****].

I received birthday gifts for my cousins for their upcoming birthday party and everything detail was correct, except for the birth year of one of my cousins (it should have been 1985). I quadruple checked to make sure all of the details were correct prior to my order submission. This is exactly what I was worried about :( I was let down

I ordered this as a gift for my cousin on a Thursday. On Friday morning, I realized that I had the wrong middle initial. I contacted customer support via email. They promptly corrected my error, and I received the toolkit on Saturday afternoon. It's a great gift at a fantastic price. I can't say enough nice things about Groovy Guy Gifts.

I ordered this as a gift for my nephew's graduation. It turned out great! He loved it and will have it for years to come. I really loved the inscription on the inside. It was neat and fit perfectly. The shipping time was great as well. It arrived a couple days after I ordered it just in time for the graduation party.
This is not at all what I ordered. The photo is distorted, it is not the photo I sent (he is holding a cocktail on the tumbler you sent not a fishing rod as ordered) and it is too late to get another one as the party is tomorrow. Very disappointing.
