SHIPPING COSTS
Here's what you can expect for shipping costs and delivery times, broken down by destination.
Shipping to the USA
Standard Shipping — 6 to 10 Business Days
- FREE for orders over $75
- $7.99 for orders under $40
- $9.99 for orders between $40 and $75
Shipping to Canada
Standard Shipping — 8 to 14 Business Days
- $29.99 for orders under $200
- $49.99 for orders over $200
Expedited shipping is not available for Canadian orders due to customs processing times.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
SHIPPING TIME
U.S. orders arrive in 6 to 10 business days with standard shipping. Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. federal holidays do not count as business days.
Canadian orders arrive in 8 to 14 business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not counted.
Estimated ship-out dates are listed on each product page. That’s when your order leaves our facility — not when it arrives at your door. For anything tied to a specific date, plan to order at least 2–3 weeks ahead.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some orders ship from more than one fulfillment center and may arrive in separate packages. No extra charges apply. As your items ship, we’ll send tracking updates by email — or check the Track Order page anytime.
DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
GroomsDay is not responsible for customs duties, tariffs, or import fees. These charges are determined by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. If you’re paying from outside the U.S., your card issuer will handle the currency conversion.
Personalized orders refused to avoid duty charges cannot be refunded. Non-personalized orders may be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, any duties paid, and a 20% restocking fee.
