Cherry Personalized Humidor

I ordered one of their engraved boxes, and it arrived quickly and looked beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a typo in the date engraved on the box. I contacted customer service, and they promptly corrected the error and overnighted a replacement.

I truly appreciated the quick response and excellent customer service, and I would definitely order from this company again in the future. I’m grateful there are still companies that value and provide outstanding customer service.

Ordered the men’s keepsake box on 4/16/26 and it was delivered on 4/23. Very well made and engraving turned out perfect! Impressed with ease of ordering, quickness of delivery and quality of product. I gladly give them a 5-star rating.

Despite showing the correct inscription on the packing list, the inside cover inscription was totally wrong! Need a corrected one shipped as my anniversary is December 16th. I would have had it in time- but it's wrong!

At first glance it didn’t look like there was any engraving on the top of the box. It was very shallow and difficult to distinguish the name and design. I’m going to have to use a fine felt pen to color in the design. I would not purchase this again.
