Just search your email inbox for “GroomsDay” to find the order confirmation email containing your order number. Inside, you’ll find a link that directs you to your order status page, as shown in the screenshots below:

If your tracking number begins with:

'231', '232', '233' or '809' then it was shipped via SF-Express - https://www.sf-express.com (typically 5-7 business days to deliver once in transit)
'1Z' then it was shipped via UPS - https://www.ups.com/us/en/home (typically 2-7 business days to deliver once in transit)
'9' then it was shipped via USPS - https://www.ups.com/us/en/home (typically 2-7 business days to deliver once in transit)
'78' then it was shipped via Fedex - https://www.fedex.com (typically 2-7 business days to deliver once in transit)

We’ll keep you updated on your order status through a series of emails, from the time it ships out to the moment it arrives at your door.

Our shipping estimates only account for the time it takes ship out from our warehouse. We don’t provide transit time estimates due to unpredictable factors that can impact delivery speed. For this reason, please plan ahead and make sure you’ve allowed ample time to receive your items, avoiding any last-minute rush.
