Why are there lines on the stainless steel?
Extruded stainless steel naturally has 'lines' on it. It's a perfectly normal part of the stainless steel composition and aesthetic.
Why does my box have lines on it?
The boxes are made from natural wood and naturally every piece of wood is different and will show lines in the wood, along with other imperfections. Your personalization may have 'lines' over it due to the natural texture of wood.
